My history has been in the property game for the past 15 years…whether I was selling property myself or renovating homes, anything to do with property and construction.  For the past 7 years I’ve worked with Private Property, dealing with Estate Agents.  I’ve been wanting to go into property refurbs and maintenance on my own for some time and took the plunge in 2012…….. Munroe Project Management was born.

Clint, my partner has been in the construction business for many years and was a sub-contractor to many of the large construction companies, specialising in glass and aluminium, ceilings and partitions, dry walling etc.  Early in 2014 Clint came on board full time and has brought his expertise with glass and aluminium, ceilings and partitioning and dry walling giving Munroe Projects so much more to offer.

Our staff have all been screened and had the necessary training to do Munroe Project Management proud.  Either Clint, myself or our Supervisor Sam will manage the staff personally and make sure that their work is up to the quality that our clients deserve.  We work quickly and always on a deadline but efficiently and will go out of our way to make sure that your requirements are met on time.

Munroe Project Management has a hands on approach, between myself, Clint and Sam. We are always on site with our guys for supervision and will also get involved ourselves just to give it that much more of a personal touch. Making your project our number 1 priority.

Our teams have completed numerous projects, specializing in Glass and Aluminium, ceilings and partitions, dry walling and skirting’s etc.

We also have a team of ladies and guys who specialize in the cleaning of residential sites. They will go in and clean the properties from start to finish making sure it is spotless when we leave. Our services can be just a general clean of the property to a full refurbishment of the property.
