Clint is a qualified automotive engineer and spent his early years within the automotive engineering industry before venturing into the construction industry and for many years was a sub-contractor to several multinational construction companies, specialising in glass and aluminium, general contracting, ceilings and partitions. Early in 2014 Clint came on board full time and has brought his skills and expertise to the business.

Tracy’s history has been in the property game for the past 15 years…whether selling property herself or renovating homes. From 2007 to 2013 she’s worked with Private Property, dealing with Estate Agents. She grew within the company from a consultant to a Regional Manager and has been yearning to go into property refurbs and maintenance on her own for some time and took the plunge in 2012…….. Munroe Project Management was born.
